At OBP we stock the 150mm Shiplap uPVC cladding in 5mtr Lengths. Shiplap cladding is the ideal low-maintenance, easy-fit, weather resistant substitute for timber cladding. It will not discolour and retains its appearance. Available in White or the attractive woodgrain foil finish add a new feature or conceal brickwork to give any building a fresh new look.

Composition and manufacture
Swish Cellular PVC is an extruded, foamed material with an integral smooth and durable skin. The product can be cut, drilled, nailed, and routed, using conventional tools. It is light to handle, easy to fix and does not require any painting or subsequent treatment after installation.

20 Year Extended Guarantee
The Concord range of white cellular PVC fascias, soffits and claddings now have a leading 20 Year Extended Guarantee.
The Concord 20 Year Guarantee is available when Concord white roofline profiles are installed together with either a Swish or Kayflow white rainwater system.
In order to offer this guarantee, installers must be registered on this website where they can also register all their qualifying guarantees.
15 Year Standard White Cellular PVC Guarantee
The standard Concord Guarantee fior White cellular PVC profiles is 15 Years. This guarantee covers Concord white Fascia and Cladding products in the normal way when they are not fitted together with Swish or Kayflow guttering systems.
10 Year Colour and Foiled Guarantee
Concord colour and foiled profiles are guaranteed for a period of 10 Years.
Our uPVC cladding are intended for installation on buildings up to 18mtrs only and must not be used above that height. Neither must they be used where there is less than 1m between the facade and other buildings.
In addition they must not be used less than 10m above a roof or any part of the building to which the public have access for recreational or assembly purposes, including such areas located on rooftops.
