During the course of a relationship between you as a supplier, customer, potential supplier or potential customer we may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company name, company address and position within the company.

- Fulfil contractual responsibilities between OBP and our suppliers and customers.
- Pursue OBP’s legitimate interests in developing a relationship between business entities as potential customers or suppliers.
OBP Limited may contact potential customers and suppliers that have previously expressed an interest in the company. Any communication will be proportionate and have minimal privacy impact and will take the form of relevant and useful marketing information. Any individual receiving such communications on behalf of a company may opt out at any time.
Security
We adopt industry appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information. Data is stored both in on premise servers and in the cloud.
Access to your name and email address is restricted to our employees who need to know such information in connection with providing OBP’s services to you and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data including your data. Hence your details may remain on our systems even after deletion or termination of your user account.
